Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 May 2026
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at contact@hiatlas.app.
These terms govern your use of Atlas ("Atlas", "the service"), operated by Sagasta Voice Club S.L., trading as Oniros Software ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
Atlas is a productivity tool for managing tasks, notes, contacts and reminders, accessed through messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord). It helps you capture and organize information through natural conversation, and can send reminders and follow-ups based on what you ask it to track. The exact features and limits of the service depend on your subscription plan.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must provide a valid email address and use the service in good faith. One person, one account — sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Atlas. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Atlas for illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity by others.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) other than the messaging-app integrations we provide.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the service.
- Use the service in a way that is clearly outside its intended purpose as a productivity tool for tasks, notes, contacts and reminders — for example, using it as a general-purpose chatbot, search engine, or substitute for professional advice.
5. Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Prices are listed in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
6. Credit usage
Atlas runs on a credit-based system. Each action consumes credits depending on the resources it uses, and the cost of a given action can vary based on factors including (but not limited to):
- The messaging platform used — different platforms can have different operational costs.
- The complexity and length of your conversations with Atlas.
- The features used during a session.
- The underlying third-party services involved.
We may adjust credit costs from time to time to reflect changes in operational costs or service availability. If a change materially affects your plan, we'll notify you by email in advance.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Atlas available and working well, but we provide the service on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed uptime. Maintenance, outages, or third-party (Anthropic, Stripe, messaging platforms) issues can disrupt the service. We'll communicate planned downtime when we can.
8. Service limitations
Atlas uses large language models to interpret your messages and generate responses about your tasks, notes, contacts and reminders. The system can make mistakes, misremember details, or produce inaccurate information. Atlas is a productivity tool and is not designed for, nor should be relied upon for, medical, legal, financial, or other decisions where accuracy matters. You're responsible for verifying anything important.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagasta Voice Club S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Data and privacy
How we collect, store, and process your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and give you a reasonable period before the new terms take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts — and cancel associated subscriptions — if we detect usage that violates these terms, abuses the service, or falls clearly outside its intended purpose. If we take action on your account, we'll notify you by email unless legal reasons prevent us from doing so.
13. Discontinuing the service
We may discontinue Atlas at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason — including commercial unviability, technical issues, or strategic decisions. If we decide to wind down the service, we'll handle it as follows:
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email and through Atlas itself before turning the service off.
- During the notice period you'll be able to export your data — tasks, notes, contacts, and reminders — in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
- After the notice period ends, all user data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, in line with our retention policy and applicable data-protection law.
- If the service is discontinued during a paid subscription period, you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, processed within 14 days.
- Some records may be retained beyond this period if the law requires it (for example, billing records for tax purposes). Such data is kept only for as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
We may also discontinue specific features or supported platforms — for example, dropping support for one of the messaging apps — without terminating the service as a whole. In those cases we'll give reasonable advance notice and make sure you can keep using Atlas through the remaining channels.
In the event of discontinuation, our liability remains limited as set out in section 9 (Limitation of liability).
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions or termination caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including changes in third-party platform policies, regulatory changes, or natural events.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.
